These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contractual relations between the company Ecom Pro Solution LTD, operating the NevoNutri brand (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any adult individual, acting as a consumer, making a purchase on the website [SITE URL] (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the day of the order.
The products offered for sale are food supplements intended for consumption by healthy adult individuals. The essential characteristics, composition, usage instructions, and precautions for use of each product are described on its product page.
The products are not medicines and cannot substitute for a varied and balanced diet or medical advice. The Customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional before any consumption, especially in case of pre-existing pathology, concomitant medication intake, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Photographs and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding on the Seller.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or in the applicable currency depending on the Customer's delivery zone. The indicated prices are net, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed before the final validation of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation.
Any taxes, customs duties, or other import fees that may be required in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
The order is definitively formed only upon receipt by the Customer of the confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason, particularly in case of a prior dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud, or product unavailability.
Payment is made exclusively online, at the time of order, by the means offered on the site (credit card, electronic wallets, and other solutions displayed during payment).
Transactions are secured by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. The Seller never has access to the Customer's complete banking data.
In case of payment default, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery terms (areas, times, costs, carriers) are detailed in the Delivery and Returns Policy available on the site.
Delivery times are indicative. A delay in delivery shall not give rise to damages, except in case of significant delay attributable to the Seller.
The transfer of risks occurs upon effective delivery of the package to the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and, in case of anomaly, to make all necessary reservations with the carrier.
The Seller offers a 90-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of product receipt by the Customer.

This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not supersede, the applicable legal guarantees.
Independently of the above commercial guarantee, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantees applicable to products sold according to the legislation in force in their country of residence, including guarantees relating to conformity and hidden defects.

The products are intended for personal use. The Customer is solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the product in relation to their state of health.
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, brands, videos, source codes) are the exclusive property of the Seller or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site.
Neither party may be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure as defined by applicable jurisprudence.
These GTC are governed by the law in force in the consumer Customer's country of residence, within the limits of applicable mandatory provisions.
In case of dispute, the Customer may, before any legal action, contact the Seller at contact@nevonutri.com to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may refer the matter to an out-of-court dispute resolution platform or the competent court in accordance with the rules applicable in their country of residence.
