At NevoNutri, the security of your payments is an absolute priority. This page details the accepted payment methods and the systems in place to protect your transactions.
You can pay for your orders on our Site using the following payment methods:
Payment occurs at the time of order confirmation. The order is only confirmed after effective payment authorization by your bank or payment provider.

All data exchanged between your browser and our Site is encrypted using the SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security) protocol. You can verify this security by the presence of a padlock in your browser's address bar and the URL starting with https://.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified payment provider, the most demanding security standard in the international banking sector.
For credit/debit card payments, strong 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey) may be requested. This step adds an extra layer of security by confirming your identity with your bank (via a one-time code, banking app, or biometrics).
We never store your full banking data. When you enter your payment information, it is transmitted encrypted and directly to our certified payment provider. No NevoNutri employee has access to your full card number, expiration date, or visual cryptogram (CVV/CVC).
To facilitate your future purchases, you can choose to save your payment method: in this case, only a tokenized identifier is retained by our provider — your actual data remains protected in their secure environment.
In partnership with our payment provider, we implement automatic fraud detection tools. These tools analyze risky transactions in real time and may, in certain cases:

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or the applicable currency depending on your delivery zone. If your credit/debit card is denominated in another currency, your bank will perform the conversion at the prevailing rate on the day of the transaction; exchange fees may apply according to your bank's terms and conditions.
An electronic invoice will be sent to you by email after your order is confirmed. You can also find all your invoices in the "My Account" section of the Site.
If your payment is refused:
If you notice a charge you don't recognize or in case of a disagreement about a transaction, please first contact our customer service at contact@nevonutri.com: we commit to reviewing your request within 5 working days.
You also retain all the rights provided by your credit/debit card agreement (including the chargeback procedure).
