Shipping and Returns Policy

This policy specifies the terms of delivery for your orders as well as the return and refund procedures at NevoNutri.

The estimated delivery times, starting from the confirmation of your order, are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. The exact amount is displayed before the final validation of your order.
Depending on ongoing promotions, shipping may be free above a certain purchase amount (indicated on the Site).
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@nevonutri.com.
Upon receipt, we invite you to check the apparent condition of the package. In case of anomaly (open package, damaged, missing or deteriorated products):
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, or failure to collect the package at the pick-up point or post office within the allotted time, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping costs will then be at the Customer's expense.
NevoNutri offers a 90-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a refund.
Conditions:
Refund period: within 14 business days of acceptance of the request, via the payment method used during the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
In case of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@nevonutri.com, attaching photos. We will proceed with a free reshipment or a full refund (products + initial shipping costs).
This procedure is independent of the 90-day commercial guarantee and does not replace applicable legal guarantees.
