    This policy specifies the terms of delivery for your orders as well as the return and refund procedures at NevoNutri.

    1. Delivery Zones

    We currently deliver to the following areas:

    • Canada (Quebec and other provinces), United States, Metropolitan France

    If your country or region is not listed during checkout, it means that delivery is not yet available there.

    2. Delivery Times

    The estimated delivery times, starting from the confirmation of your order, are as follows:

    Other destinations 1–2 business days 7–12 business days

    These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, customs checks, peak periods (sales, holidays), or events beyond our control.

    3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. The exact amount is displayed before the final validation of your order.

    Depending on ongoing promotions, shipping may be free above a certain purchase amount (indicated on the Site).

    4. Order Tracking

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.

    If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@nevonutri.com.

    5. Receiving the Package

    Upon receipt, we invite you to check the apparent condition of the package. In case of anomaly (open package, damaged, missing or deteriorated products):

    1. Make precise reservations with the carrier;
    2. Contact us within 7 days at contact@nevonutri.com, attaching photos of the package and products.

    6. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package

    In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, or failure to collect the package at the pick-up point or post office within the allotted time, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping costs will then be at the Customer's expense.

    7. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    NevoNutri offers a 90-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a refund.

    Conditions:

    • Request to be made within 90 days of product receipt;
    • Request to be sent by email to contact@nevonutri.com, indicating:
      • Your order number
      • The product(s) concerned
      • The reason for your dissatisfaction
    • The refund covers the purchase price of the products (initial shipping costs are not refunded);
    • This guarantee is limited to one use per household for initial orders;
    • Under this commercial guarantee, the physical return of the product is generally not required; we will inform you of the procedure to follow when processing your request.

    Refund period: within 14 business days of acceptance of the request, via the payment method used during the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

    8. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

    In case of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@nevonutri.com, attaching photos. We will proceed with a free reshipment or a full refund (products + initial shipping costs).

    This procedure is independent of the 90-day commercial guarantee and does not replace applicable legal guarantees.

    9. Cases Excluded from Refund

    Unless the product is defective or non-compliant, the following are not eligible for a refund:

    • Orders for which the 90-day guarantee has expired;
    • Requests that are clearly abusive or fraudulent;
    • Orders that have already been refunded for an identical product for the same household.
