These T&Cs apply to all users of the website, whether they make a purchase or not. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

Placing an Order
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
An order is considered accepted when we send you the confirmation email. This does not guarantee that the product is in stock or available for shipment.
Payment
Payment must be received before your order is processed. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and credit and debit cards.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the indicated payment method and you declare that you are legally authorized to use it.
To ensure prompt shipping, orders are sent to our fulfillment center every day at 11 p.m. (Eastern Time — Montreal / New York).
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact our customer service on the same day of the order, before 11 p.m. (Eastern Time), at contact@nevonutri.com, providing your order number.
After this time, your order is prepared and shipped: it can no longer be canceled or refunded before receipt. Once the package is received, the guarantee described in section 8 applies.
Refunds
Any approved refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank, additional time may apply before the amount appears on your statement.
By subscribing to a NevoNutri subscription, you agree to the following terms.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews according to the frequency chosen during the order ([every 30 / 60 / 90 days]). With each renewal, your payment method is charged, and a new order is shipped.
Advance Notice of Charge
Before each renewal, we send you an email informing you of the upcoming charge and shipment.
24-Hour Cancellation Period
From the time this email is sent, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service at contact@nevonutri.com if you wish to cancel the upcoming order. In this case, the order is canceled and the amount charged, if any, is fully refunded to you.
After this 24-hour period, the order is prepared and shipped. It can then no longer be canceled or refunded. The guarantee described in section 8 remains applicable once the package is received.
Subscriber Rate
Subscribers benefit from a reduced price compared to a one-time purchase. This reduction applies only to recurring orders. In case of a price change, you will be informed by email before the next billing cycle.
Payment upon Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date. In case of payment failure, we may make new attempts and suspend the subscription if payment cannot be completed.
Subscription Modification
You can modify the frequency or quantity of your subscription, or pause it, by contacting our customer service. Modifications take effect at the next renewal.
Subscription Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time, free of charge, by writing to contact@nevonutri.com. Termination takes effect immediately for future cycles: no further charges will be made. Orders already shipped are not refunded due to termination.
Price Increase
In case of an increase in your subscription price, you will be informed by email at least 10 days before it takes effect. You may terminate your subscription before the new rate applies.
We are confident in the quality of our products, and we also know that their effects become apparent gradually. That's why our guarantee is based on a full course of treatment.
Terms of Application
Request and Refund
To exercise the guarantee, contact our customer service at contact@nevonutri.com, providing your order number. The refund is made to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days; depending on your bank, up to 10 business days may pass before the amount appears on your statement.
This guarantee is in addition to the cancellation rules described in sections 6 and 7 and does not replace them.
Depending on your place of residence, you may benefit from statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation. These rights apply to the extent provided by applicable law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act for Quebec consumers.
